• The American Alliance for Disabled Children spends the overwhelming majority of donor money on fundraising rather than political or advocacy activity. In the 2023–2024 cycle, about 92% of spending ($3.19M) went to fundraising while only ~1% ($50K) went to electoral or program work.
• The pattern continued in 2025 and early 2026, with roughly 90% of spending ($946K) going to fundraising and no reported electoral spending at all, indicating the committee’s primary function is raising money rather than supporting candidates or advocacy.
• The website provides no information about the PAC’s activities and how the money will be spent.
• The website provides no information about the board, advisors or staff.
• The PAC’s messaging is deceptive in that it states that it helps disabled children, but it admits in a “transparency statement” on its website that at least 90% of the money it raises goes to fundraising and outreach. The PAC’s “transparency statement” is very likely intended to provide a defense to allegations of fraud. It is highly unlikely that any donors to this PAC read the “transparency statement.”
• Taken together, the PAC’s Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings and its own admissions suggest the operation largely recycles donor dollars into more fundraising and that little or no money goes toward helping disabled children
• Investigation is needed to determine whether and how much of the PAC’s revenues go to persons operating the PAC.
