Determination | Every State PAC engages in misleading advertising. We have observed multiple questionable practices over an extended period of time, including evidence of self-dealing using a limited liability corporation operated by the PAC’s treasurers. Almost no money raised went to their “endorsed” candidates or to any political program. |
Summary of Findings
The information below is based on FEC reports through March 31, 2026. Any PAC financial activity after that date is not included in this analysis.
- Every State PAC has raised $1,468,823 from small-dollar individual donors since 2023 and spent only $19,950 on independent expenditures
- In the 2023-2024 cycle, 62% of spending went to operational expenses and 38% to fundraising, with zero spent on electoral or campaign activities. Much of the Other or unspecified spending was classified as unspecified consulting.
- For Jan 1 2025-March 31 2026, 61% has gone to fundraising, 36% to operations, and 3% to electoral/program expenses
- The PAC’s website claims are not supported by the evidence.
- FEC filings do not support some of the claims made by Every State PAC.
- There is evidence of deceptive advertising unsupported by FEC filings.
- There is extensive evidence of conflicts of interest in that the PAC appears to be operated by a small network of individuals connected to Impaction, its largest vendor. In addition, Impaction LLC owns Trademarks for both Every State and National Democrats filed in December 2024.
- ActBlue has deplatformed Every State PAC for violating its terms of service.
- The PAC maintains an active social media presence and a Substack that contain little evidence of its own campaign activities.
- The Scambusters Team contacted the PAC leaders on February 17, 2026, and received no response from the current and former treasurers to its request to provide evidence to refute Scambusters’ findings
